Short answer
The MyStake terms say all bank and crypto transfer payouts are processed within three banking days; the FAQ says a bank withdrawal can take up to three days. No time is given for cards or e-wallets. Withdrawals are capped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, and a deposit not wagered at least once costs 20% of the payout (read 22 October 2026).

MyStake withdrawal time is the number people look for first and the one the casino commits to least. On 22 October 2026 we read the terms, the FAQ and the KYC policy to separate what is a stated period, what is only a limit and what is silent. The result is a short list of dates and a longer list of conditions that decide whether the dates ever start.
MyStake withdrawal time: what is promised
The terms contain one firm sentence on timing: payouts by bank transfer or crypto transfer are processed within three banking days. The FAQ phrases it more loosely for banks, as a withdrawal that "can take up to three days". For the other methods the casino lists, cards and e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton, we found no stated time.

A withdrawal runs through four stages: request, review, sent and arrived. The three days in the terms describe processing by the casino. They do not say how long a bank takes to credit the money afterwards, and "banking days" are normally Monday to Friday, so a request made on a Friday afternoon can reach Wednesday before the casino is late by its own measure. Check how the terms define a banking day if the date matters.
| Method | Time the casino states |
|---|---|
| Bank transfer | within three banking days |
| Crypto transfer | within three banking days |
| Card | none stated |
| E-wallet | none stated |
The short version of MyStake withdrawal time is therefore: three banking days for banks and crypto, unknown for everything else.
The caps that shape every withdrawal
Time is only half of it. The FAQ sets a ceiling of 7,500 a week and 15,000 a month, written as USD, GBP or EUR. A week is seven days and a month is thirty, counted from the last successful withdrawal, so the window moves with you instead of resetting on a Monday.

| Amount you want out | What the caps allow |
|---|---|
| €5,000 | one withdrawal, inside the weekly cap |
| €7,500 | one withdrawal, uses the whole week |
| €20,000 | €15,000 first; the rest in monthly parts |
| €15,000 | two weekly payouts of €7,500 reach the monthly cap |
The terms add that sums above €15,000 are paid in monthly instalments and that higher VIP levels can be exempt. Which level is not stated in the withdrawal text; the Galaxy VIP terms are on the MyStake review.
The 20% rule and wagering your deposit
The second condition is easy to miss. A deposit must be wagered at least once before cash-out. If it was not, the terms allow MyStake to keep 20% of the withdrawal amount. Put numbers on it: deposit €200, wager €50, request €200 back, and €40 may be withheld, so €160 arrives.
The same 20% appears again if the casino cancels an account on suspicion of abuse; the deposit can then be returned minus 20%. A deposit that was not played at all has a separate route: a refund within 14 days, or 30 days if a third party accessed the account.
Verification comes first
The payout cannot start until the account is verified. The KYC policy asks for a photo ID (passport, ID card or driving licence) and a proof of address dated within three months. Documents not in Latin or Cyrillic script lead to a video verification, and the casino may check for politically exposed persons. The payout goes only to a method whose owner has been confirmed, which means the card or wallet used to deposit.
A new account can play with crypto before verification; other payment methods need a verified profile. The practical advice is to send the documents before you request a payout, because verification is required before any payout.
Fees and limits on the way out
- Bank charges. Intermediary banks may take up to the equivalent of €16.
- Currency. Transfers to a bank account in USD are not available.
- Per-method limits. The minimum and maximum for each method depend on the method and are not published in the texts we read.
- Largest win. The terms cap a win per bet or spin at €100,000, jackpots aside.
- Bonus winnings. Fixed payout limits attach to some promotions: bet credits and spins from certain offers pay out a maximum of 100, and the first-week cashback allows withdrawal of at most five times the cashback.
- Dormant accounts. After 12 months without a login, €10 a month or the remaining balance is charged.
The deposit side, with the 20 minimum, is on the MyStake payments page.
A worked timeline
Suppose a verified account requests €3,000 by bank transfer on a Monday morning. Inside the terms, processing finishes by Thursday. If the same account then wants €6,000 more on Tuesday, the weekly cap of €7,500 leaves room for €4,500 only until seven days have passed since the first successful payout, so the second request has to wait or be split. Nothing in the documents says the casino will split it for you; it is worth asking support before you request.
What we cannot say about MyStake withdrawal time
We cannot give a typical or average MyStake withdrawal time, because the casino publishes none beyond the three days. We cannot say how long cards or e-wallets take. We do not know how long verification takes, and we cannot promise any particular withdrawal will be approved. Reviews that quote "one hour" or "24 hours" for MyStake are not quoting the casino's terms.
Access and withdrawals for UK readers
All of the above applies where an account can be used. On 22 October 2026 MyStake shows UK visitors an "Access restricted" page, and the terms we read do not say how balances are handled in that case. Any question about funds goes to support in writing, as set out on MyStake support. The access status is on MyStake UK.

Set a personal deposit limit with support before the first payment, and keep the total you can afford to lose in front of the caps: a weekly ceiling of €7,500 will never be the thing that stops you, but a 20% hold on an unwagered deposit might.
