Short answer
This guide has no registration, comments or forms. It counts visits with a statistics script and uses e-mails sent to [email protected] only to reply and to correct pages. MyStake's own documents are separate: its KYC policy keeps identity documents for ten years (read 22 October 2026).

MyStake privacy has two halves, and readers often mix them up. This site is an independent guide, not MyStake, so its own handling of your data is separate from the casino's. We set out the first half in plain terms and then record what the casino's published documents say about identity data, as read on 22 October 2026.
MyStake privacy: what this guide collects
The site has no registration, no comments and no forms. We do not ask for your name, your address or anything about your gambling. The data we handle falls into three groups.
| Data | Why | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Visit statistics | To see which pages are read | Counted by a statistics script on the site; we ask for no name |
| E-mail you send us | To answer you or correct a page | Sent to [email protected] |
| Link clicks to a casino | To keep the buttons working | Handled by the partner link, see below |
We use the e-mails we receive only to reply and to correct pages. Please do not send identity documents, card numbers or passwords; we will never need them.
Sponsored buttons and your data
The buttons lead to a recommended casino that is chosen automatically for the reader's country. They are marked as sponsored links. Once you click, you are on another operator's site, and its privacy policy applies, not ours. Read it before you register anywhere. The buttons do not lead to MyStake.
MyStake privacy policy: what the casino says
If you do sign up with MyStake, the casino's documents set the rules. Three points we read on 22 October 2026:
- The sign-up form asks you to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy together, with e-mail, username and password. Full verification adds name, date of birth, phone, country, city and address.
- The KYC policy asks for a photo ID and proof of address no older than three months, may screen for politically exposed persons, and keeps documents for ten years.
- The privacy policy names the regulator as the "Curaçao Gaming Control Board", while the terms say "Curaçao Gaming Authority"; the licence number is the same, OGL/2024/250/0115.
The operator is GTW B.V., a Curaçao company, and Curaçao law governs its terms. For the licence consequences see is MyStake legit.

You can read this guide without giving us anything. If you write to us and later want the message removed, write again to the same address. For the casino, questions about its data go to support: the route is on the MyStake support page.
Changes
The MyStake privacy points above are read from the casino's documents on 22 October 2026 and can change; the casino's own policy is the one that binds it.
When this page changes, the date at the top moves. The guide's editors are named on the editorial team page, and corrections go through the contact page.
